Register an account with your Surrey postcode or enter the code SURREYGF if you commute in regularly.
Once registered you will start earning BetterPoints straight away for walking, wheeling, running, cycling and using public transport. You can spend your rewards at participating local retailers or donate them to good causes in the County.
Guildford E-bike Share
The scheme provides a green and healthy transport option connecting Guildford town centre with travel hubs, shopping centres and the University of Surrey.
There are 200 e-bikes to hire from 46 docking bays (expanding to 300 e-bikes and 56 bays by spring 2025). You'll need to download the Beryl app to get started.

What rewards can I earn?
For a limited time only you can earn 1,000 BetterPoints for your journey. You can earn this reward once per day.
How do I earn the reward?
Once you've unlocked your e-bike and are about to set off:
1. Tap the ☰ menu button in the top left hand corner of your BetterPoints app and then 'More ways to earn'.
2. Select Guildford E-bike Share from the available options.
Please note, you must be in the docking bay to be able to earn this reward.
