Register an account with your Surrey postcode or enter the code SURREYGF if you commute in regularly.
Once registered you will start earning rewards straight away for walking, wheeling, running, cycling and using public transport. You can spend your rewards at participating local retailers or donate them to good causes in the county.
Surrey Connect
Rather than being restricted by traditional timetables, the accessible mini buses are available for travel at a time that suits you.
You are able to book with 30 minutes' notice or up to 7 days in advance, and pay directly from your smartphone through the Surrey Connect mobile app or website and arrange a meeting and drop off point of your choice.
It could enable you to attend hospital appointments, access further education and training, or go shopping, without the need for the car.
Fares are charged based on how many miles are travelled starting from £2 for adults and £1 for young people (20 and under).
Surrey Connect has recently expanded its service to the areas marked below.

What rewards can I earn?
You can earn 1,000 BetterPoints (£1) per journey - up to 2 times a week - up until 19 January 2025.
How do I earn the reward?
Once you've boarded the Surrey Connect bus:
1. Tap the ☰ menu button in the top left hand corner of your BetterPoints app and then 'More ways to earn'.
2. Select On Demand Bus from the available options.
